Upon arriving at J5 Hotels Helvetie & La Brasserie, my family and I were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a memorable stay. The historic architecture added a charming touch to the atmosphere, and we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The double bed in our room was not only comfortable but provided a restful night's sleep without any annoying gaps in the middle- a rarity in our travels! The location was ideal, with easy access to various restaurants and shops, as well as the opportunity for a scenic boat ride on Lake Geneva to Chateau de Chillon.For families, the hotel's inclusivity and welcoming ambiance make it a top choice. Our kids enjoyed the spacious room and the daily restocking of the mini bar, a nice touch for accommodating their needs. The staff's attentive service, including a personalized welcome drink and helpful recommendations from the Greek lads at the reception, made us feel truly valued.During our stay, we took advantage of the activities in the area, such as visiting Chillon Castle and strolling along the lakeside promenade. The easy access to attractions like the Rochers de Naye and the Montreux Jazz Festival added an extra layer of excitement to our family vacation.
